Here we are, starting a new Cruise Season at Puerto Madryn, and we continue improving ourselves, this season we renewed our website, and introduce a platform where you will find each service we provide (cruise shore excursions) to each cruise passenger arriving to Puerto Madryn. www.sentir-patagonia.com.ar
Each tour has a full description of our service, but if you wish you can email us before you buy the tickets and we will send you a full description of each tour, prices and schedule.
All the payments are thru PayPal.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the ship doesn’t dock, we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100%
- If you cancel at least 1 week before your arrival we don’t charge anything, and if you prepaid for the whole tour or any kind of deposit, we will refund the 100%
- If you don’t show up at the pier up to 45 minutes after the ship docks (NO SHOW) we will charge 100% of the rate, less the park entrance fee, and if you have any kind of deposit it’s not refundable. If it’s a NO SHOW we only refund the park entrance fee.
All our cruise shore excursions includes
- -Pick up and drop off at the pier, with enough time to return on time to the ship. We set each tour starting time according to each cruise ship schedule, so as soon as your ship docks we will be waiting for you at the pier, and also as soon as we start the tour, much better will be our returning on time to the ship.
- -English speaking tour guide (we also have other guides in portguese, italian & french, but the service must be private tour)
- -All our tours includes a box lunch (Peninsula Valdes or Punta Tombo, and a lunch at Estancia San Lorenzo, please let me know if you have any medical condition regarding food, like lactose intolerant or need gluten free food, or if you are vegetarian, so we can set the best lunch for you.
- -We set each vehicle according to each group size, all our vehicles includes seat belts, air conditioning and audio system.
We don’t include:
- -Park entrance fee are NOT included in each tour, you must pay park entrance fee in each of our cruise shore excursions, when you are ready to book in our website, the system will be offering you the chance to buy the park entrance fee tickets in advance, if you choose to buy only the tour tickets, the park entrance fee must be paid upon arrival in cash only.
- -Tips are not included, but if you fill they deserve it, it will be great for the driver and tour guide
